7 Reasons to Become a Geoship Investor

Geoship is on the cusp of sparking a groundbreaking shift—a radical transformation that redefines housing as we know it. We are humbled, inspired, and driven by the opportunity to lead this charge toward a better future.

And it’s all thanks to investors like you who see the urgency, recognize the potential, and crave something better. Read our 7 reasons to invest below to learn more.

Why Invest in Geoship?

Reason #1

Invest in Geoship because you believe in our vision for a better future.

Geoship began with a question: 'What should the homes of the future be like?' This question sparked our journey and inspired us to rethink homes from first principles. Our goal was to design a home as a product by combining the most efficient materials, geometry, and manufacturing methods. The answer? The geodesic bioceramic dome. Rooted in the ancient 'flower of life' geometry brought to life in 3D, it’s made from materials that share the same chemical composition as human bone—natural, strong, and deeply harmonious.

Checkout the clip below to hear from our Chief Vision Officer, Morgan as he reflects and summarizes why we believe that we are creating the “future of home.”

“Geoship is one of the most exciting technologies of the 21st century, one that will redefine our built environment and create the opportunity for people to live in community and closer to nature. We see this technology, the geodesic bioceramic dome home, as a tool to build regenerative communities in homes that are healthy, natural, and biologically resonant.”
- Morgan Bierschenk, Geoship CVO

We believe Geoship is not just a company; it's a strategy for deep activism and planetary transformation. Join us as a co-owner, and together, let’s create a better world, leaving a legacy of hope, innovation, and lasting change for generations to come

Reason #2

Our “theory for change” for transforming an industry in crisis

The multi-trillion dollar housing industry is at a breaking point. Homes are increasingly unaffordable, in shortage, built with materials that compromise health, and fail to meet the needs of modern life. The disconnect between what’s available and what’s essential couldn’t be more stark.

Geoship was founded to rebuild housing from the ground up. Our bioceramic dome isn’t just a house—it’s a revolutionary tool to break free from outdated systems and co-create the regenerative future we envision.

“Our theory for change is that all five challenges facing the housing industry—health, sustainability, resilience, scalability, and affordability—need to be radically addressed in order to make meaningful change in this industry. Our technology addresses all five of these issues.”
— Micha Mikailian, CEO

Why Invest in Geoship? Reason #3

Invest in a new category of home that is 10x better, 3x more affordable, and built 10x faster

We’re on a mission to transform housing with healthy, scalable, affordable, and climate-resilient homes made possible by breakthrough material science and technology.

Geoship is introducing a new category of housing that is...

  • 10x better: Regenerative homes made from non-toxic, natural materials that are resilient to fire, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, mold, and bacteria

  • 10x faster: Produced at scale in a fraction of the time it takes to build conventional homes

  • 3x more affordable: With lower upfront costs, 70% lower heating and cooling expenses, and 85% reduced carbon emissions

How is this possible? Geoship homes are engineered from first principles, combining the most efficient materials, geometry, and manufacturing methods. By fusing 21st-century ceramic materials with the world’s most efficient structure and intelligent production, we’re creating a new era of homes as integrated products.

Hear from our CEO, Micha Mikailian, as he explains how these innovations will reshape the future of housing: Watch the video

“We are able to build these homes with zero waste, out of a single material, and rapidly install them on-site. The home goes together like Legos. Our material replaces the frame, the exterior siding, the drywall, the countertops, and this material performs significantly better than concrete on many fronts in terms of compressive strength, flexural strength, and an insane bond strength. This means we can use this material like an epoxy to connect all the pieces of the home as a monolithic structure, resolving many of the issues geodesic structures faced in the past with seams, roof tiles, and ensuring they are watertight.” — Micha Mikailian, CEO

What would the world look like if homes like these became the standard? Together, we can make that vision a reality.

Reason #4

At Geoship, we don’t compromise.

We’re delivering a home that prioritizes health, sustainability, resiliency, scalability, and affordability—all without trade-offs.

“Other companies are working to produce faster or cheaper homes, but often at the expense of health, resilience, or sustainability—failing to truly solve the industry's core problems. Geoship’s technology tackles all five challenges, delivering healthier, more sustainable homes at a lower cost than anyone else can achieve.
Additionally– If you compare Geoship to a typical modular home building company that is building homes in a factory, they need 80x the factory space that we do to make the same number of homes. The efficiency of rapid molding all the parts we need—out of a single material in a single factory and delivering them to be rapidly assembled on-site creates extraordinary cost advantages for our company relative to all of our competitors.” — Micha Mikailian, CEO

Hear from our CEO, Micha Mikailian, as he elaborates further on how Geoship stands out with a differentiated solution to the housing crisis that exceeds expectations. Watch the video

Why Geoship Stands Out

Reason #5

Our Team: Visionary, Accomplished, and Driven by Purpose

When you invest in a company —you’re investing in the people behind the vision who are going to make it all happen. At Geoship, we’ve brought together a team of extraordinary individuals with deep experience from Tesla, Apple, The Boring Company, SpaceX, Google, Intel, and more.

This isn’t just a group of talented professionals; it’s a team with the vision, determination, and expertise needed to redefine the future of housing. They’ve dedicated their careers to making Geoship’s mission a reality, and they have the track record to prove they can deliver.

Hear from our CEO, Micha Mikailian, as he shares the stories of our leadership and engineers, their groundbreaking backgrounds, and why they’ve joined this movement: Watch the video

“When you are investing in Geoship, you are investing in more than just a vision, more than a concept, more than the fact that we are disrupting a multi-trillion-dollar market—you are investing in the team that is going to make that happen. I can confidently say that we have assembled the most incredible team to take Geoship where it is destined to go.” — Micha Mikailian, CEO

Reason #6

Proven Demand and a $200M Reservation Pipeline

With a $200M reservation pipeline, the market is sending a clear signal: People are ready for something different.

What makes this milestone extraordinary is that it’s not typical for a startup to achieve a $200M pipeline before production has even started. This is a rare accomplishment, reflecting both the innovation of our product and the deep resonance of our mission. We’re thrilled to begin delivering homes in 2025 and turning these reservations into reality.

Hear from our CEO, Micha Mikailian, as he discusses what is behind the movement that is fueling our demand and how we will approach our future delivery queue. Watch the video

Reason #7

The potential for future financial return on your investment

As our lead investor, Eli Call, who has invested $888K in this round, said during a recent webinar:

"The last time I saw an investment this good was when Bitcoin was 17 cents!"

If you only watch one of our videos, make it this one! Hear from our CEO, Micha Mikailian, as he breaks down our path to profitability, our trajectory to becoming one of the largest homebuilding companies in the U.S., and why now is the perfect time to invest—all in just 3 minutes.

While we can’t guarantee specific returns, rising demand for sustainable housing, scalable production, and a market ready for solutions like ours make this a compelling ground-floor opportunity. Watch the video

“I believe we could be one of the biggest homebuilders in this country in the next 10–15 years. At less than 0.03% of the U.S. market, we are at over $200 million in revenue and over $100 million in profit—and that’s with just a small fraction of the market. I think within 10–15 years, we have a realistic chance of getting to 2% of the market, which would put us in the neighborhood of being a $100 billion company. That is the real potential here. We’re very early right now, but that is why this is an amazing time to invest.” — Micha Mikailian, CEO
