Homebuilding Technology for the 21st Century
Redefining the industry through
Material Science
The core innovation
Housing as a Fully
Integrated Product
Nearly everything we buy is a product, designed once, refined continuously, and reproduced consistently. Homes are still built project by project. Geoship designs homes as integrated products, from structure and finishes to appliances and fixtures.
The structure is state approved as a factory-built system before it ships, leaving local permitting focused on the site and foundation. The result: high-performance homes built to last generations, through a process designed to scale.

Engineered from First
Principles
We’re rethinking the home as one integrated product, bringing materials, geometry, and manufacturing together from the start. The result is better homes built with fewer resources and designed to become more affordable at scale.

One Material System Replaces the Entire Construction Stack
Geoship technology replaces the complexity and waste of conventional building with a simpler approach. Our fiber- and rebar-reinforced bioceramic system forms a resilient shell onsite using precision factory-made components. One material system, one install crew, engineered for low maintenance and long-term durability.

Why Bioceramics
Geoship technology starts with a revolutionary new family of materials called bioceramics, primarily a magnesium phosphate compound that mimics the composition of human bone. The same chemistry that makes it durable also makes it castable.
Resilient
Won't burn. Won't rot. Long life and low maintenance.
Bio-compatible
Bioceramics are PH neutral and biologically resonant. Zero VOCs, non-toxic.
Mold Resistant
Inorganic. Nothing for mold to feed on. No off-gassing.
Feels Good
Calming acoustics. Warm surfaces. Quieter electromagnetic field.

Geometry
Why Geodesic
The geodesic dome has long been recognized as one of the strongest and most material-efficient structural forms ever conceived. For decades, its potential was constrained by material science, not design.
exceptional structural strength
The shape efficiently distributes structural loads.
Maximum material efficiency
Encloses more living space with less exterior surface area.
Natural Weather Resistance
Aerodynamic geometry deflects wind and sheds snow.

manufacturing
Why Formative
Most homes are still built the way they were a century ago, cut and joined by hand thousands of times. Formative manufacturing works differently. Our bioceramic is cast to its finished shape and surface in reusable molds, forming each panel as a single part. The dome’s repeating geometry allows the entire home to be built from a small number of precision-engineered panel types, fundamentally rethinking how a home moves from raw materials to finished product.
Precision by Design
Precision comes from the tooling, not the crew. Every panel is cast in the same reusable mold, making panel number 500 as precise as panel number 1.
Fewer Parts & Joints
Casting to finished shape eliminates thousands of hand joints, reducing tolerance buildup and potential failure points while improving durability.
Resource Efficiency
From raw ingredients to finished home, we create and deliver one integrated system designed for maximum resource efficiency.
Built in a Factory
Homes leave the factory as flat panels and complete modules, reducing on-site waste, improving quality, and accelerating installation.

Geoship Earthshot
Make the Best Home the Most Affordable
True affordability is about more than the cost of a house. It's about the cost of living. Geoship homes are designed for long-term savings with low maintenance, ultra-low energy costs and resource sharing. Our path to affordability starts with market rate homes, then scales through manufacturing efficiency and regenerative community architecture.
