Last week, our full Geoship crew came together under one roof in Nevada City, California—surrounded by towering pines, crisp mountain air, and the serene backdrop of Scotts Flat Lake. Once a year, we step out of our daily rhythms and into nature, where we can reconnect with each other, deepen trust, and realign around the future we’re building together.

This annual offsite is more than a team retreat—it’s an opportunity to live our culture out loud.

For us, regeneration means designing with a holistic lens, optimizing for net-positive impact across every dimension of life: health, sustainability, resilience, scalability, and affordability.
